Picture of United States of America, Trump 2nd Amendment Medal

United States of America, Trump 2nd Amendment Medal

This Donald Trump piece is rather controversial. The reverse shows two weapons one a rifle and the other what looks like a heavy gun. The legend reads ‘The 2nd Amendment will never be repealed- Donald J. Trump’. This refers to the 2nd Constitutional Amendment in the United States, which allows its citizens to carry arms. It is that law that allows Americans to arm themselves and protect their property. But there is a strong feeling against it, because of all the shootings that happen in the United States. On the obverse you have Trump facing left and the legend ‘Freedom – In God We Trust -2018’. The reverse has two guns. A most controversial piece, while we think that they should have the right to have guns, we think that perhaps some of the larger guns should not be so readily available to almost anyone. This piece is crownsized struck in a Prooflike goldine material and comes in a protective capsule. We will let you make up your own minds, but this piece is likely to cause some rather ‘interesting’ discussions.

United States, Civil War Medal Collection_obv

United States, Civil War Medal Collection

This is a fantastic set for the United States Civil War 1861-1865. Yes, it was fought about slavery and yes, there are some remnants of the old South still around. But please remember it was a historical event in a historic time and in this case the good guys won. As the reverse of each medallion states in large letters ‘Abolition of Slavery’. This set is very special We know you will enjoy it. The South wanted slavery and so they seceded from the North. It was a bloody war of brother against brother. Picture of Zaire medal Silver coloured

Zaire medal Silver coloured

You don’t see a lot of material from Zaire, and certainly not much in the line of medals. So we were naturally pleased to be able to purchase this small group. They are Civilian Awards for Merit in Agriculture and are silver coloured. The designs are the same: a central Shield of arms surrounded by a wreath and small medallions showing agricultural implements and produce. On the reverses the legend: ‘Republique du Zaire – Merite Agricole’ and twelve stars. We imagine that the ‘Silver’ coloured is the higher ranked medal! The ribbons are equal stripes of red and green with a central yellow gold stripe for medal. Very limited number available, so please order quickly.
