The medal is 50mm in diameter and struck in high relief in bronze. 

One one side you have the design crops and a tap with water coming out with the legend WORLD FOOD DAY 16 OCT 2002 and on the other side is a design with tress and crops with rain falling with the legend WATER: SOURCE OF FOOD SECURITY.

A beautiful art medal with the engraved initials of the artist Y. ADBEL KALIK in the desingn. A handsome piece of modern sculpture in uncirculated condition.
