Augustus, 27 BC - AD 14. Slver Denarius, Lugdunum 15-13 B.C. . Bare head of Augustus to right, legend AVGVSTVS DIVI F. Rev. Bull butting to right, IMP X in exergue. [Sear 1610] Pleasing Very Fine and well centred.
Caracalla, As Augustus, AD 198-217. AR Denarius, Rome AD 215. Obv. Laureate, draped and cuirassed bust of Caracalla facing right. Rev. P M TR P XVIII COC IIII P P. Sol standing facing, head left with right hand raised and holding globe in left. (Sear 6839) Virtually as struck with lovely bright lustre. Small surface crack on reverse at 6 o'clock.
