A colourful quartet of crisp uncirculated notes from Czechoslovakia dated between 1986 and 1989. Included are the 10, 20, 50 and 100 korun notes (P94-97) Famous personalities are illustrated on the fronts including a portrait of Klement Gottwald on the 100 korun. This was a very shortlived issue because of his unpopularity as a long time leader of the Communist Party. Citizens put holes through the eyes on the note to show their displeasure. Crisp Uncirculated quartet from a country which no longer exists.
