A wonderful selection of notes issued in China before the revolution in 1949 which changed the country forever. They date between 1914 and 1941 and are fantastically colourful. Many feature a portrait of Sun Yat Sen, a revolutionary revered by the whole Chinese population. Other illustrations include the Temple of Peace in Beijing, bank buildings and pagodas.

All our notes have seen some circulation but are great value.
