A Russian travelling Triptych brass icon date to 1800s and depicts the saints Paraskeva, Nicolas and Tkhon. 4.5cm wide 5cm high. The metal on the top is chipped however the icon itself is very finely executed.

The fragment is from a large clay brick from the palace of the Assyrian King as above and is 110 cm long, 9 cm wide, 5 cm thickness. From an old collection and has been authenticated by the BM and comes with supporting documents.
