Set of 6 Notgeld issued in 1921 by the borough of Altona, the westernmost urban borough of the German city state of Hamburg, on the right bank of the Elbe river.

The front of the notes are quite simple with the denomination and a simplified coat of arms depicting three spires. The back of the notes feature amusing sketches by the artist Berthold Clauss who was born in Altona in 1882.
