A charming quartet of notes from the island of Sri Lanka. Our set comprises the 10,20,50, 100 rupees dated between 1995 and 2006 (P108-11). A colourful group with illustrations on the fronts, including a stone Chintze dog, a carved mask, a man in an ornate hat, and a decorated pot. The backs, all printed in the vertical format, illustrate various flowers and birds, important buildings and monuments, and tea pickers. A wonderful colourful set in Crisp Uncirculated.
