Delving into our vast stock of cheques we came up with some interesting documents from overseas issued in the 20th century. This cheque was issued in Lima Peru. It comes from the Banco del Peru y Londres. Included in the detail were the bank's hours of opening for payment and a blind embossing for 4 centavos which was stamp duty payable.
